Dr. Adriano Goffi is a Family Medicine board-certified physician with a diverse background in acute care, preventive health and wellness optimization. His career began in 2003 in the United States Navy as a Hospital Corpsman, where he earned certifications in Fleet Marine Force training and as a Surgical Technologist.

He completed a competitive Family Medicine residency with extensive training in hospital medicine, emergency care, ICU and OB/GYN. After practicing as a hospitalist in Phoenix, he relocated to Houston in 2017 and has since dedicated his clinical work to emergency medicine.

In 2017, alongside his wife Yahaira Goffi, NP, he co-founded New You Wellness Center. He has pursued advanced training in hormone optimization, regenerative medicine, medical weight loss, IV therapy and comprehensive health optimization. He also serves as Chief of Staff and Medical Director at East Houston Medical Center.

His philosophy: many chronic conditions can be prevented or improved through attentive, personalized care. Outside the clinic, he enjoys traveling with his wife and their two children, Santiago and Penelope.

With a passion for helping patients look and feel their best at every stage of life, Yahaira Goffi is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who has been practicing since 2020. She brings a thoughtful, personalized approach to wellness and aesthetic medicine, combining clinical expertise with an eye for natural, refined results.

Certified in Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT), Yahaira specializes in hormone optimization for both women and men, peptide therapy, and medical weight management. Her experience also includes Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for joint support, hair restoration, and aesthetic applications, as well as advanced cosmetic injectables.

Known for her warm, approachable style, Yahaira takes the time to understand each patient's goals and develops tailored treatment plans designed to support overall wellness and subtle, confident enhancements. She is committed to delivering care that feels both elevated and approachable—where science, safety, and artistry come together.

Her philosophy is simple: refined, natural results that align with how you want to feel—energized, confident, and well cared for.

Originally from Cuba, Yanesky began her studies in 1996 at the School of Medicine Dr. Faustino Pérez Hernández in Sancti Spíritus and graduated as a Registered Nurse in 2001, working three years in Neonatology.

She later served as Deputy Director of Hygiene and Epidemiology and gained experience in Burn and Intensive Care. In 2014 she moved to Ecuador, validated her nursing degree and worked in Gynecology and Obstetrics at the General Teaching Hospital Calderón in Quito.

In 2015 she moved to the United States, passed the NCLEX RN exam in 2018, and in 2022 completed her Master's program and Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

In May 2022 she joined New You Wellness Center, where she found 'not only a job but also a family.' Today she lives with her daughter and mother and considers herself the most grateful and fulfilled mother, daughter and professional.

Monét is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over four years of clinical experience, focused on weight management and hormone-related care. She is dedicated to evidence-based, preventative and wellness-focused approaches.

At New You Wellness Center she develops individualized plans that may support weight management, hormonal balance and overall well-being, working closely with each patient's goals.

Known for her attentive, patient-centered approach, she creates a comfortable clinical environment and stays actively engaged in continuing education in wellness and aesthetic medicine.

With over 6 years in the wellness space, Alejandra has dedicated herself to something deeper than treatments: creating an environment where people feel understood, valued and genuinely cared for.

She believes true wellness is not just clinical — it's emotional. From the very first interaction to every follow-up, she focuses on building a space where trust, warmth and attention to detail are the standard.

Outside the clinic she's deeply connected to her family, nature and her passion for horses — reflections of who she is: someone who values connection, freedom and living with intention.

With over a decade of experience in medical aesthetics, Sarah brings a strong foundation in health, wellness, and advanced patient care. Her journey began in hormone replacement therapy, where she developed a deep understanding of internal wellness and its impact on overall confidence and vitality. She further expanded her expertise through medical sales, gaining valuable insight into cutting-edge treatments, patient education, and industry innovation.

She holds an Associate's Degree along with multiple professional certifications, reflecting her commitment to continued education and excellence within the field. She is passionate about aesthetics and dedicated to helping individuals look and feel their best—empowering confidence from the inside out through personalized, results-driven care.

A proud graduate of Tomball Memorial High School, Sarah remains grounded in her values of compassion, integrity, and service. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family, relaxing at the beach, and cheering on the Dallas Cowboys. She also has a strong heart for giving back and actively values opportunities to serve through volunteer work.

Liz has been part of New You Wellness Center for the past four years, starting as front desk support and growing into the role of leading the front desk experience. She manages patient scheduling, guides patients through services and products, and ensures every visit runs smoothly.

With over 25 years in the makeup industry, she's always been passionate about helping people feel confident and cared for. Many of the initial conversations about getting started happen with her, allowing her to build a connection before patients even walk through the door.

What she loves most is watching patients succeed — whether reaching weight-loss goals or improving overall quality of life. Outside of work you'll usually find her at a soccer or football game with her family.
